Contribution Structure

Employee Contribution 12% of Basic + DA
Employer Contribution 3.67% to EPF + 8.33% to EPS (Pension)
Voluntary Provident Fund (VPF)

Employees can voluntarily contribute more than 12% to the same EPF account to earn the same high interest rate (currently 8.25%).
